MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Washington. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and maintain standards to deliver a great guest experience.

You will support management, provide guidance, and help set the squad up for success on peak and regular shifts. The role emphasizes leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining MOD’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach with compassion.
• Calm, effective under high volume.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure onboarding and adherence to MOD standards across shifts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment for goals including online ordering and catering.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in Front and Back of House.
• Listen to squad and guest concerns, escalate to AM/GM when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift including making change and processing refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Review emails to stay updated with internal communications.
