You will rotate responsibilities, support program rollouts, and help the team meet objectives while modeling MOD’s values and culture. This is a key leadership position within the MOD squad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor, trainer, or informal leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure adherence to MOD tools and standards for food safety and service.
• Focus on guest experience and smooth daily operations, delegating as needed.
• Manage shift deployment, inventory, and cash handling within the shift.
• Communicate updates from MOD and Slice to squad members.
