Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the Squad Crew in our restaurant in Washington state. You will model MOD values, oversee pizza and salad preparation, and deliver a personal, welcoming guest experience while promoting a positive shift culture.

You’ll mentor frontline staff and ensure standards are followed, while driving community engagement and guest satisfaction. As part of the Restaurants Leadership team, you’ll guide the making of pizzas and salads for diverse guests,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating frontline employees.
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically, staying calm in busy operations.

Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and demonstrate a service mindset through leadership.
• Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to keep energy high and maintain a positive shift.
• Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all store tasks and routines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Operational Standards and resources.
• Partner with General Manager to engage the community around the restaurant.
