Job summary

MOD Pizza is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at Firehouse Crossing in Salem, OR. You will lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor staff, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards. You’ll deploy the squad, train new hires, and maintain safety and quality across FOH and BOH.

You will coordinate with management, manage cash, inventories, and program rollouts, while supporting a welcoming, energetic MOD culture. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Ability to work minimum 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure the restaurant meets MOD standards.
• Deploy squad and complete deployment charts.
• Train newly hired/promoted staff and support new programs.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards.
• Address squad and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift, including refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to complete tasks.
