Job summary

MOD Pizza in Oregon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD’s standards for exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise the squad, mentor teammates, and ensure smooth operations while modeling MOD’s culture of inclusion.

You will adapt to changing needs, guide the team through peak periods, and partner with management to drive performance and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Direct squad to ensure guests receive outstanding experiences.
• Maintain safe food handling practices in Front and Back of House.
• Reference MOD tools and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Resolve squad or guest concerns and escalate as needed to management.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and tools to meet standards.
• Stay informed via email updates to keep squad aligned on procedures.
