Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires, ensuring adherence to MOD standards and guest satisfaction.

You will deploy the right squad, train staff on programs, manage opening/closing duties, handle cash, and coordinate inventory with the GM, all while maintaining food safety and quality across Front and Back of House.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deploy daily operations.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new programs.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment; online ordering, catering, fundraising, reviews.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift; refunds and safe handling.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Stay updated via Slice emails for squad effectiveness.
