Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure guest experiences, maintain standards, and support management with program rollouts while directing the squad to deliver the MOD experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong leadership, and food safety certification within 30 days; benefits include insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and free meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Able to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Follow and enforce processes; coach with empathy.
• Able to lead during high volume and maintain calm.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure a welcoming, smooth, clean operation.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new programs.
• Ensure equipment and systems are maintained for goals.
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in back and front of house.
• Address squad and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling during the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists.
