Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Tigard, OR to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts. You will guide the squad, ensure standards, and deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.

You will lead by example, coordinating with the General Manager and district leadership, while maintaining safety, quality, and guest satisfaction during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven track record as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Proficient in written and spoken communication.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in position and tasks are correctly executed to support guests.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad members and support new programs and initiatives.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals (online ordering, catering, fundraising, review systems).
• Follow MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate issues to AM or GM when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately, including refunds and cash handling.
