Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, guide team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during shifts. The role blends hands-on food preparation, leadership, and accountability for food safety, cash handling, and workplace standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will coach and develop team members, support opening and closing tasks, and maintain clean, efficient store operations while upholding Marco’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts, leading and training employees.
• Perform crew tasks when needed (makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to build skills.
• Assist with training and setting clear expectations.
