Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top-tier guest experiences on assigned shifts. You will handle food safety, cash handling, and maintain a clean, efficient store while promoting excellence in service and quality.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and a passion for hospitality, with opportunities for growth and participation in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations across shifts and mentor Crew Members.
• Lead and train employees, open/close the store, manage breaks and shift changes.
• Perform makeline, cut table, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy, and guest service tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle cash procedures and balance registers accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members.
