Marco’s Pizza in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, support and guide team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during assigned shifts. This role blends leadership, hands‑on food preparation, and responsibility for safety, cash handling, and workplace standards.

You will coach and develop crew, manage break schedules, open and close the store when needed, and ensure accurate, high‑quality products that meet Marco’s standards while

Qualificações

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts and lead shift operations.
• Perform all crew tasks when needed, including makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, order accuracy, and guest service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members.
• Assist with training new team members and setting clear expectations.
• Handle shift-related issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
