Job summary

Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during shifts. The role blends hands-on food preparation, service, and accountability for food safety and cash handling.

The ideal candidate will lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean, efficient store while delivering high-quality products that meet Marco’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and train team members, provide feedback and coaching.
• Experience with cash handling and basic reporting.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees; open/close the store as needed.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Coordinate with drivers and manager for timely deliveries.
• Provide coaching and feedback to build team skills.
