Marco’s Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during shifts. You will lead by example in food prep, service, and safety while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and reporting.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a strong guest-first mindset within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Lead and train employees, open/close the store, manage breaks and shift changes.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, and guest service.
• Monitor product quality and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Manager for efficient deliveries and cash handling.
