Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to support positive interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to boost productivity.
• Enforce store policies and safety protocols, including crisis management.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
