Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to ensure shifts run smoothly, deliver memorable customer experiences, and drive key decisions when on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support positive interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies including crisis protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling.
