Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead on-site shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll drive execution, make key decisions, and coach Associates to optimize performance.

You’ll handle inquiries, maintain safety standards, manage inventory and cash procedures, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A 4-day week option may exist for some associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts incl. weekends/holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service or fuel is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback to support positive interactions.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback and recognition to Associates to drive productivity.
• Enforce store safety, security and policies, including crisis protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling.
