Wawa, Inc. is currently seeking a Team Supervisor to lead the on-site shift and ensure the delivery of memorable customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, guide associates, and uphold safety standards to keep the store running smoothly.

As the senior on-site leader, you’ll drive execution, make key decisions, and recognize performance while coordinating with teammates to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
