Wawa is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead the shift, keep operations on track, and help deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll drive execution and key decisions on busy shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service, enforcing safety, and guiding staff performance. A HS diploma and 18+ are required; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure customer experiences are memorable.
• Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates.
• Enforce safety and store policies, including crisis protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock checks, and cash handling.
