Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Saint Helens, OR to lead daily restaurant operations during shifts, mentor teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role includes training new hires, executing program rollouts, and maintaining standards with the leadership team.

You will ensure the squad is properly deployed, handle cash within shifts, and keep operations compliant with MOD tools and safety standards while delivering a memorable MOD experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentoring, training or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow processes and coach others.
• Calm under high volume; strong communication.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol cert within 30 days.
• Supports 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires; ensure guest experiences and smooth operations.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and leadership to squad; model MOD values.
• Manage cash handling within the shift; place orders as needed with GM support.
• Monitor opening/midday/closing checklists and communicate updates from Slice and other sources.
