MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, coach team members, and uphold MOD’s high guest experience standards. You will be responsible for training new hires, leading by example, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the restaurant.

You will manage deployment, handle cash within the shift, and support program rollouts while maintaining safety and quality. A strong customer-service background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to follow and coach others to processes and standards; provide compassionate correction.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires and programs.
• Ensure squad is deployed correctly and operations run smoothly.
• Maintain safety standards in Back and Front of House using MOD tools and standards.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed to AM/GM.
