MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Oregon to lead operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure the squad delivers the MOD experience, train team members, and uphold quality and safety standards while collaborating with the GM and District Manager.

The role emphasizes deployment of staff, program rollouts, and maintaining restaurants’ standards. The position requires strong communication and a commitment to MOD’s values during peak hours.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor/trainer or informal leadership experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach kindly.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to support restaurant hours with a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure squad members are in the right place and performing tasks to support guests.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and customer review systems.
• Use MOD tools to ensure safe food handling in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address guest and squad concerns, escalating when needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately including refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and utilize tools to meet requirements.
• Review emails for updates from Slice and other sources to keep squad informed.
