MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Washington to lead restaurant operations during shifts and mentor new hires. You will ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards and manage a small squad to execute tasks efficiently.

You will guide the team, uphold food safety, and assist with program rollouts, inventory, and cash handling. This role emphasizes strong communication and the ability to adapt to peak hours while delivering a positive MOD experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor, trainer, or informal leader experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow and coach others to meet standards.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start where required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to cover a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with MOD standards and safety practices.
• Manage squad deployment and daily operations.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
• Handle cash responsibly and accurately within shift.
• Take inventory and assist with orders as needed.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and use tools to meet standards.
• Communicate information from internal sources to the squad.
