PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services at 666 American Legion Highway, Roslindale, MA 02131. We seek a Shift Supervisor to lead the store team, deliver outstanding customer service, meet financial goals, and enforce company policies.

The role involves supervising CSRs, assisting management, handling cash, scheduling, and ensuring compliance, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service within the store and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Supporting the Assistant Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Assisting in developing and motivating store team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervising the team in the absence of the Store Manager, including transaction processing and cash handling.
• Coaching CSRs on transactions and customer service.
• Reviewing checks within limits and supporting store marketing efforts.
• Resolving customer complaints and assisting with schedules, cash, and store audits.
