Job summary

Red Robin in Orlando, FL seeks a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring cleanliness and product quality.

As part of the leadership team, you may also take on other hourly roles as needed and participate in on‑the‑job training for management tasks and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and the ability to supervise peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Supervise peers and act as an ambassador of brand standards.
