Job summary

Red Robin in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. This role involves guest interactions, ensuring food quality, cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 21 years old, 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
