Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will promote brand standards, supervise peers, and ensure guest satisfaction while protecting product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

The role offers opportunities for on-the-job leadership growth, training for additional hourly roles, and a supportive team environment. A strong work ethic and reliable transportation are important.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Be an ambassador of Red Robin’s brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest interactions and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and cleanliness.
• Possibly train for other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant needs.
• Lead and supervise peers with energy and accountability.
