Job summary

Red Robin in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will train on-the-job and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will uphold brand standards, ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and work to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability while supporting a flexible schedule and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
