Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Sanford, FL to oversee day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will supervise peers, uphold cleanliness and food quality, and maximize guest satisfaction while protecting brand standards.

Applicants should be 21+, with 1 year of full-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Good oral and written communication; PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
