MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts and train new hires, programs, and standards. You will guide the squad to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain SOPs across frontline and back-of-house activities.

You will model MOD's purpose, provide feedback, and ensure the squad's success during shifts, with flexibility to adapt to the restaurant's needs while upholding the MOD experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach/correct with empathy.
• Calm presence during high-volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date where required by law.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure operating systems and equipment are maintained to meet restaurant goals, including online ordering, catering, fundraising, and review systems.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen and resolve squad member and guest concerns; escalate to AM/GM as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift accurately and securely; process refunds as required.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed, supported by the GM.
• Complete shift checklists and utilize tools to meet requirements on time.
• Stay informed via email about information from MOD and related sources for squad effectiveness.
