MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage shift tasks, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with management on program rollouts.

The role requires a customer-focused leader who can train others and adapt to peak times. You will be responsible for guiding the squad, ensuring proper deployment, and upholding MOD’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Mentor/leader experience
• Ability to follow processes and standards.
• Able to be 18+ years old
• Food safety certification within 30 days of start where required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training.
• Ensure squad is deployed correctly and operations run smoothly.
• Oversee safety, quality, and customer experience.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds as needed.
• Assist with inventory and ordering under GM supervision.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to execute duties.
• Communicate information from corporate sources to squad.
