Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and mentor new hires. You will drive guest experiences, ensure team performance, and uphold MOD standards across the squad.

You will guide program rollouts, deliver feedback, and model MOD's purpose in all interactions while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead others.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure squad is properly deployed and tasks completed for smooth daily operations.
• Maintain food safety standards in Back of House and Front of House and reference MOD tools.
