Job summary

MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide your squad, ensure guest satisfaction, and model MOD’s purpose in every interaction.

You will adapt to restaurant needs, manage deployment, and work with the GM to maintain safety, accuracy, and hospitality on every shift. This role offers a dynamic, team-driven environment with tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead informally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and complete deployment charts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals (online ordering, catering, fundraising, reviews).
• Use MOD tools to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member and guest concerns and escalate issues as needed to management.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and stay updated via email communications from MOD/Slice.
