MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure adherence to program rollouts and standards. This role emphasizes guest experience, squad leadership, and smooth shift execution.

You will guide the squad, provide feedback, and model MOD’s purpose across interactions. Flexibility to rotate tasks and support the restaurant is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as mentor or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach others compassionately.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad; support program rollouts and initiatives.
• Maintain safety and quality using MOD tools and standards.
• Manage cash within the shift, handle refunds and cash in the safe.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with the GM.
• Complete opening/midday/closing checklists and use required tools.
• Stay updated via email on information from Slice and other sources for the squad.
