MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Houston, TX. This role leads restaurant operations during shifts, mentors staff, and ensures guest satisfaction while upholding MOD standards.

You will train new hires, implement program rollouts, and guide the squad to deliver a superior MOD experience on every shift. The role requires flexibility across peak hours and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of enforcing processes and coaching with compassion.
• Calm presence under high volume.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure the squad performs all essential tasks and delivers outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage deployment to place the right squad member in the right position.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Handle cash within the shift and process refunds when needed.
• Take inventory and place orders as directed by the GM.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and communicate updates from Slice and other sources.
