Job summary

MOD Pizza is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Conroe, TX. You will lead shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards across operations. This role emphasizes deployment, coaching, and timely problem-solving to maintain service excellence.

You must have at least one year of customer service or restaurant experience and be capable of mentoring teammates. You will be responsible for safety, guest satisfaction, and smooth daily operations, with a focus on delivering the MOD

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to mentor, train or lead informally.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of following and coaching to processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the right squad member is in the right place and deployed to support guests.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment to meet restaurant goals.
• Ensure food safety practices in Back of House and Front of House.
• Resolve squad member or guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Handle cash within the shift accurately.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Communicate information from the Slice and other sources to squad members.
