MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in League City to lead restaurant operations during shifts, coach new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad to deliver the MOD experience, ensure guest satisfaction, and support management in daily tasks and program rollouts.

You will train team members, enforce safety and process standards, manage cash, inventory, and shift checklists while adapting to peak demand hours. A leadership-driven, teamwork-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead a team.
• Ability to follow and enforce processes and standards, coaching with compassion.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure team meets MOD standards and delivers outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage deployment of staff and adjust daily operations for smooth service.
• Train, coach and develop squad members; handle cash and inventories as needed.
• Maintain opening/closing checklists and communicate updates from leadership sources.
