Job summary

MOD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will mentor the squad, ensure guest satisfaction, and model MOD’s values while adapting to busy periods.

You will manage deployment, inventory, and cash, support opening/midday/closing checklists, and help roll out programs. Must have 1+ year of customer service/restaurant experience and be 18+ with required certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train, or lead a team.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes; coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by ensuring the right squad member is in the right place and doing the right work.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support program rollouts.
• Maintain equipment and systems to meet restaurant goals (online ordering, catering, fundraising, reviews).
• Ensure food safety using MOD tools and standards in Front and Back of House.
• Address guest concerns; escalate issues as needed to management.
• Manage cash within the shift and process refunds.
