Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision. You will act as an ambassador of brand standards, resolve guest issues, and drive profits while maintaining high food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and care for guests.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication; leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.
• ServSafe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities
