Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations during mid and closing shifts, under the oversight of exempt management. You will promote brand standards and guest satisfaction, contribute to profitability, and mentor fellow team members while maintaining cleanliness and quality.

Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, a 21+ age requirement, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise peers and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Robin and brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Help train and support team members; work with management on scheduling and sales goals.
