Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervises peers and demonstrates leadership and teamwork.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills; keeps guests and staff informed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Serve as ambassador of company standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and supervise team members to deliver quality service and ensure cleanliness.
