Job summary

Red Robin Lincoln, NE is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead team members, uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain food quality and cleanliness.

This role provides on-the-job training for management tasks and leadership growth, and may perform other hourly roles as needed to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to supervise peers.
• Focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
