Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train in leadership tasks, uphold brand standards, and act as an ambassador for guest experience and profits.

The role may also include other hourly duties you are certified for, depending on restaurant needs. The position emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Strong oral and written communication; leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of Brand Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
