Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor Lead in Washington. You will be the second in command on the store leadership team, coaching Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations side by side with the General Manager.

You will set the tone for the team and demonstrate how to welcome our diverse guests, from pineapple adventurers to gluten-sensitive patrons, ensuring everyone belongs in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to coach, teach and inspire others.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the shift tone and high energy.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for crew and guests.
• Handle cash with basic keyholder responsibilities.
• Address concerns and escalate to GM when needed.
• Manage shift checklists and equipment issues.
• Support growth and well-being of the crew and celebrate wins.
