Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor Lead to join our Washington state store leadership team. You will coach Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew, set the tone on the floor, and help develop team members alongside the General Manager.

You will foster hospitality, ensure adherence to processes, and create a welcoming environment for guests and teammates alike. MOD promotes internal growth and ongoing store excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for Squad Crew and customers.
• Keyholder cash handling responsibilities.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve squad/guest concerns; escalate to GM as needed.
• Manage shift duties, checklists and equipment issues.
• Support growth and well-being of the squad and celebrate wins.
