• Performs tasks of a Wingstop crew member and supervises a shift.
• Ensure food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Train newer crew members and supervise staff during shifts.
• Practice inventory control and uphold store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Lead and motivate crew members; manage breaks and scheduling.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Represent and promote the Wingstop brand and policies.
