Job summary

Wingstop 2367 is seeking an energetic shift leader to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, accurate product prep, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. The role includes working a cashier or cook position while supervising staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

The candidate will train new team members, manage inventory and store policies, and oversee opening/closing procedures, ensuring cash controls and daily maintenance are completed to support peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure Guest receives outstanding service and maintains a guest-friendly environment.
• Greet and acknowledge every Guest; maintain product knowledge and service standards.
• Train newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Follow inventory control standards and store procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are met during shifts.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage the crew; oversee packaging orders per Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary and keep kitchen/dining area clean.
• Ensure all crew are health-safety conscious and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Close the store with equipment accounted for and proper cleaning procedures.
