Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent shift leaders to supervise restaurant operations, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and standards are met. You may work as cashier or cook while guiding the crew and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding Wingstop policies and commitments to a high-quality flavor experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent shift leader to supervise operations and ensure standards are met.
• Deliver outstanding Guest service and supervise crew members.
• Train and mentor newer staff and monitor inventory.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and greet every guest.
• Train new crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Follow store policies and maintain cleanliness, safety and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage the crew; coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Package orders accurately and assist other positions as needed.
• Keep kitchen and dining room clean; maintain health and safety standards.
• Handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Ensure daily closing procedures are completed and equipment is accounted for.
