Wingstop is seeking a shift leader to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. You may perform cashier or cook duties while overseeing staff, delivering a flavor experience with exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will supervise crew, manage operations, and maintain high standards across service, kitchen, and dining areas to ensure a smooth shift and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure Guest receives outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining standards and product knowledge.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Follow store policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Coordinate breaks effectively.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean throughout the shift.
• Health and safety conscious at all times.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Close procedures: equipment checked, trash handled, floors swept and mopped.
