Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a shift leader to supervise a restaurant shift, ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness and adherence to Wingstop standards. The role includes operating cashier or cook duties while overseeing staff.

The ideal candidate will train new crew members, maintain inventory controls, resolve guest issues, and ensure closing procedures are followed. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential to this fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Supervise a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and standards.
• Provide excellent Guest service and maintain guest satisfaction standards.
• Train new or less experienced crew members in tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Greet and acknowledge every guest to deliver outstanding service.
• Train new crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Ensure store policies are followed by all staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Coordinate breaks efficiently.
• Assemble and package orders per Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining area clean throughout the shift.
• Enforce Wingstop uniform and policy requirements.
• Represent the Wingstop brand and uphold operating standards.
