Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness, and uphold Wingstop standards. The role includes acting as cashier or cook while guiding staff and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will train crew members, manage inventory, schedule coverage, and ensure closing procedures are followed, while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Join a team that values flavor and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift and crew members.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to train others.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure Guests receive outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff members.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively and quickly.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen & dining area clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure crew health safety consciousness.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Close procedures are followed at the end of the day.
